GENERIC BBQ SAUCE RECIPE

I am going to open a small to medium size BBQ joint next year. I am planning on purchasing a cs260 to get started. I am looking for a good bbq sauce recipe. Unfortunately I am located where there are no generic brands that I can buy in bulk. I will be making it from scratch.
