I am terminating and removing a couple of threads that have become rude and out of hand. I think it is very clear to anyone who has been on this forum for long that we expect courteous behavior at all times. If you want to attack each other, do it via private email messages. This forum is for the enjoyable discussion of bbq-related topics. There is a difference between spirited discussion and insulting others. There has been some insulting going on. If it continues the offenders will be banned from the list.
Smokin' is a volunteer who moderates this forum because he likes barbecue. He has never been paid by Cookshack. He does it because he likes it, although reading through these recent threads I have no idea why he stays around!
This is barbecue, not life, death, or honor. It's food, it's fun, it's interesting, we all want to improve our skills while enjoying each other's company. Let's keep it at that.
