Got to meet Papa

I found myself in Little Rock a week ago and was lucky enough to catch "Papa Shaka" at his "Shaka's Smoke Lodge".
I can't tell you how great it was to meet and visit with him.
No sooner than I had arrived...I found myself rolling up a piece of smoked shoulder clod..(did I say that right?) ..and dipping it in some of Papa's homemade sauce..HEAVEN!!!!
He and his daughter were very nice and I am very appreciative of their hospitality. If you ever find yourself in the Little Rock area, make it a point to stop and see him. You will not regret it.
Picked up some of his "Lemon Garlic Rub" mixed a little of it with some melted butter and used that as an injection for a chicken...then proceeded to rub some more on the outside...put it in a certain name brand rotisserie...then "set it" and "forget it"...came out perfect.
