Tried my luck with a video from last nights dinner. Grilled swordfish, grilled pinapple and baby bac chow cabbage. All on the direct fire side of the FE1000.
I was using Pecan wood and Temp was set at just over 500 which worked great for the fish, It was too hot for the pineapple and bac chow. would suggest cooking pineapple and bac chow at say 350 then put on warming shelf and turn heat up to 425 for the fish. It tasted great.
