If you buy a fresh (but almost frozen bird) it will need about 1 day for each 4 lbs of bird to thaw, so that means if you're buying a 14-15 lb'er you'll need for days to thaw.
With 2 days for brining, that's 6 days.
Just sayin'.... buy those birds.
