Just wanted to make a post and hope that all you guys/gals in the bbq business are doing well. as for myself, i personally put my plans on hold until i can afford to buy the trailer and truck in cash, or wait till after certain things are paid off(cars and large chunk of mortgage etc..). in the meantime, i plan on building a brickoven this spring and hope to be able to cook pizza's as well as i can bbq.

anyways, has any of you considered into venturing off into other areas of food? like fried chicken, pizza joint, bakery, sandwich shop/deli, etc..?
