Almost done with my concession stand, have my CS 150, charbroiler, and steamwell all on oine side. Now all I need is to run the propane lines to the broiler and steamtable. Does anyone know where to get the regulation on the installation or know anything about what I need. I figure I need a hard line going into the stand and a master shut-off valve then have a flexible line to each piece of equipment with their own shut-off. What I am wondering is does the hard line have to be offset from the wall with offsets and what size of valve do I need coming off the tanks. Any help would be great help.
