I asked the question because I have one, and I was surprised to find that, as great as the smoker is, I seem to be the only person in my town that has one. I was just trying to get an idea about how many are actually sold. I'm still trying to learn how to best use mine. So far, it has never had a burn out, nor failed to start.
I have a (sort of) brand new FEC100 that I used for the first time yesterday! Actually, my husband used it, but I ate the food, LOL. He seasoned two pork tenderloins with Obie's Sweet & Heat rub and some Head Country and they were out of this world. We heated up some tortillas, got out the sour cream, guacamole, tomatoes, onions, salsa and cheese and gobbled them down. Moist and smoky and fabulous!

I was amazed at how easy it was to cook two tiny tenderloins to perfection in that great big smoker. We learned so much at the class last week!
