My wife has 13.oo per head is this even remotely close? Could someone please give me an insight to this. Customer will provide his own sides so basicly all we do is show up and provide brisket and pork butt....

I could be wrong about this but, if you provide meat only, could be a little high. if you can get that much GO for it!!!

60 people X $13 = $780 Gross
-150 meat cost=$630
$21/lb to cook and deliver.
$630 gross profit?
