I have been looking for a new smoker for months now. I have a sm020 and love it but its limited in size and so far I haven't been able to smoke sausage well in it.

I have researched almost every smoker known to man and came back to this one.

Dave at the charcoal store sealed the deal with his pictures of his kielbasa.

Darn that stuff looks good.

guess I will have it next week sometime.

Now I just have to figure out a way to keep the wife from killing me Smiler

The best tip you will ever get is start thru the FEC forums and read and bookmark every thing that might apply to you.

There is no cookbook/manual/pro tips made.

All of us have discussed what we have learned to date and that is closest to a bible there is.

This will also save your first 100 posts,in a panic,because we have done it and discussed it.

THEN,it is almost simple as a crockpot. Smiler
