Hey thank you. I have beed buying what ever is on sale on Friday just to practice. I'm having a great time with the Fast Eddy and my wife and neighbors love being the test crew.

They are looking great. I do the same thing as you. I cook a bunch of food with sides, and deliver it to people around town to get their feedback. This way I can get opinions on new sauces and rubs, and cooking styles. I call the people, especially my bank ladies and local bartenders and tell them not to eat. That I am bringing the bbq. I get a lot of free drinks, but the bankers will not turn me loose in the vault, yet!!!
