Okay, I'm convinced. I'm not going to try and call my ribs cooked on the barbie with the wood chips scattered in the old round charcoal kettle "smoked" any longer. I'm buying a CS smoker and getting serious about this.

I have surfed the web doing research for various products over the years. This is the first web site/forum that I have come across that offers great advise, tips, recipes, etc. from posters that honestly care about helping others whether a beginner or an old pro.

This also reflects a positive feeling about Cookshack. I feel I can invest the dollars with confidence that not only will I receive a great product but, can always turn to my new friends here in the forums for advise.

Now, all I have to so is try and explain to my wife that instead of doing my work, I spent my time here on this site and decided to buy a smoker!
