Go with a Taylor or Maverick brand for your remote. IMO, stay away from Polder. Look for them at Target stores or Bed, Bath & Beyond. You can always do a Google search and find them online. If you do a search from this forum you'll find many a discussion on remote probes.

Do us a favor and just post that recipe. We're always looking for new and interesting rubs, sauces, techniques, etc.
