After months internet browsing, many dollars and hours fixing and modifying. I finally passed the last inspection with flying colors last week! I have a Cookshack 250, flat grille, and stove/oven combo. It also has an 8 ft. hood with fire supression and a commercial refg. I had to remove the freezer because it was too close to the electrical panel. I'm excited to finally be getting started.

Todd, The size is 8.5 by 18 feet. And your welcome anytime!

GLH, as funny as it may seem, I was wondering that myself! I just never checked. Sure feels good when they're both running and it's 105 outside. I'll let ya know.

By the way, I found a really easy way to convert the big opening, screenless windows to screend sliders, if anyone needs to do so I can send pictures.
