Jerky from CS 102

I need info on recipes, time, cuts of meat, and etc for jerky. i will be using a cs 102 smoker /dehydrator. Thanks

I'm no jerky expert,but here are a couple of sites I use.

You'll find on your CS that you need to open the door more to release moisture.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the thoughts, however need to clearify one thing, Randy will be using one of our dehydrator models, so there is no need to open the door.
