that the cookshack is by far the best thing i ever bought myself. i can actually rest the day of a party/bbq! and i cant even taste any sort of difference between whats cooked on the cookshack vs my wsm.

will be cooking 17pd pork butts this weekend for saturday, putting them in on friday, and having a nice long sleep! will probably never use that wsm again. my wife and everyone else seems to love that pulled pork. seems like pulled pork for everyone for christmas presents. lol

awesome product cookshack. hopefully, if i ever get to open up a bbq business, ill be ordering a much larger model.

btw, since im cooking 2 butts, should i place them at the same grate level or seperate?

Oh sure, throw the thanks out (glad you're happy) and THEN throw in the question.

If they' fit on one shelf, put them together. Just leave room around the side for smoke.
