CONGRATS!!! I agree the THE GREATER HICKORY SMOKE COOKOFF was great. We placed fourth overall for our second contest to compete in. We ended up with a 3rd in Ribs - 6th in Brisket - 12th in Chicken and 17th in Pork out of 40 Teams.

Double congratulations to Kim and Joe! This is one of the most cooker-friendly contests I've ever had the pleasure of cooking. It was a pleasure to meet you, Kim. I do have one question though, was it Kickback Cove Racing or Checkered Pig that was using an FE? I know it wasn't Smokin' Oakies.

My count was 6 out of the top 15 -- mainly cause that includes me! I don't think the Rib Rangers were using their pellet cookers.

Candy, it was Red from Kickback Cove Racing that has the older Fe100 like mine . I did enjoy our meeting to put a face with the name . I noticed you get did to go up to the stage and that was great .
Congrats on Tn. Joe you have one Super Nice looking rig and looks like you know how to work it all so . I came by Friday nite but found no one at home . We will meet up later .
All I can say is Duck and the crew put on one heck of a cookoff , this one will be on my list for next year .
