Is anyone out there using CookShack "specifically" for a sausage operation? Ive heard mixed reviews on the results of sausage smoked/cooked in a CookShack, I welcome any insight from anyone doing even a little sausage. Thanx!
I use my Amerique to smoke about 25lbs of summer sausage a month and probably about 10lbs of link sausage a month. I have no experience smoking sausage on any other smoker but my Amerique puts out some rather tasty sausage. Size wise, it is probably to small for a sausage operation. I would imagine that you would need to look into one of the FEC's for a large operation. Hope this helps.
