Welcome to the CS forum. You can search the forum by using the find button in the top left corner.

I have a cs020, which is sortta the poor mans version of the cs025. I have had no problem with cooking for that many folks, well maybe the problem is everyone likes it and thinks after a short period of time that I'm a Pitmaster.I get requests from everyone wanting something smoked.

I have learned that with a little reading and a bunch of helpful forum members my guest list keeps growing and growing, because of the quality of product produced by the CS. It is nice to smoke all night and be able to get some sleep.

Hey, the fine folks at CS has a 30 day gurantee, so if it is not what you hoped it would be. Just return it for your money back.

Do a little search around the forum and if you have any more questions on the smokers just ask.
I considered a larger CS but went with the SM025. It is just the wife and I and maybe a half dozen friends and/or family eating our "Q".

I haven't had it more than half full yet. I set it and forget it and the Q comes out great.

I would like to be able to program some time/temp ramp ups/downs, but didn't want to spend more $$.

Maybe after the warranty period is over I'll re-wire my SM025 so I can use my PID controller to program ramp ups/downs.
