I have a couple of Flank steaks in the freezer that need to be cooked up this weekend. Any ideas out there on doing these in the FEC100? I usually use it for Jerky but I would like to try something in the FE. Here is a marinade I am going to use.
Lime Juice
Minced Garlic
Hot Chile Oil
Vegetable oil
Red Pepper Flakes
Dry Red Wine
Sugar
Soy Sauce

my favorite recipe is to marinate one in teriyaki about 8 hrs. then lay flat and spread rosemary, basil, thyme and a bunch of feta cheese. then you roll it up, stick it with a bunch of toothpicks to hold it and cook for about 1.5 hrs at around 350. should go real nice with a bit of smoke as well.
