im hearing on threads on how little ash comes from the fec 100 during a ten hour cook, "a tablespoon or so." After running the cooker for 3hr 15min at 275 I had ash everywhere. there was probably a cup outside of the fire pot on the floor of the smoker and another 2/3 cup in the fire pot. I was using the cookshack/fasteddy hickory pellets. Is this normal or do i need different pellets?
