Hello,
We are starting up a new butcher shop in Chattanooga called Main Street Meats, and we are the proud owners of a new FEC 120. We just received the unit on Monday and so far we've smoked 12 birds, and are about to test some meat loaf and pork butts. I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions, and be on the hunt for knowledge and wisdom in the ways of the FEC models. Talk to you guys soon.
