I just bought a CS. I am very impressed...
One of the main reasons for buying the CS was to make my own summer sausage. I have quite a bit of goose meat and venison.
All of the recipes ask for ground pork. I can't find any ground pork that isn't "enhanced" with a 12% solution of something.
Will the "enhanced" pork work just as well?
Do I need to modify the recipe any?
