What events are those of you with mobile kitchens doing? I know the county fair scene is a no-brainer, but is anyone doing other events like ball games? What about big box store parking lots like Home Depot and Lowe's. Fair season is over here. I'm still evaluating my trailer options, but I suspect that I'm going to have to get creative in the slow season to keep revenues going. Any suggestions from the old pros already doing this?
