Received my model 50. I have tried spare ribs, pork butts and half chickens. All have turned out fantastic after following all the great info from members on the forum. Did use a little to much wood on the chicken but it was still juicy and moist. I am really satisfied with my cookshack smoker and all the help I received from their sales personnel. Well, off to get started for todays smoking! Go Panthers!
