Model SM009 | Cookshack

Does anyone have details on the SM009? Cookshack site says available to ship in early April. Is this a new for 2010 model? Is it replacing the SM020 and 025? Saw some pics on other sites and it looks like it has three shelves insted of two.

It is a "reintroduction"

On the original: it's racks are not quite as wide as the 025. Temp controller(non-digital)to 250*. It's design and heater controller are bullet proof. In stainless it should last a lifetime or two. Tons of 09 users out there I'm sure

The black powder coat was the most popular and it will last a lifetime,as well.

The 009 is all stainless steel. The 008 was black.

Thanks for the info guys. I ordered a SM020 today. wanted to get one before they were out of stock.

Can't wait to use it.
