We live in Knoxvile Tn and the NBBQ had thier meeting here this weekend. Went today to see the "trade"how and was mery disappointed that there were very few smoker manufacturers there. Wanted to see a Cookshack smoker in action--and no one was there. Wonder where one would go to see and compare smokers in a "see them all" venue. Thought this would be the place to do so.

Certified Commercial Service & Equipment Co. The number is 546-8778. Oh, and if you really want to see all the smokers "in action" check out Bloomin Barbecue & Bluegrass in Sevierville this May. You'll get to see everthing from WSM's to the big Southern Pride and more than a couple of FE100s. Hope this helps! Good luck!
We did find out about the Bloomin BBQ and Bluegrass today. Will try to go. My dear hubby is a prof @ UT and taches "meat science". Needs a new smoker for the lab. He needs to know what to recommend when the time comes. Of course, I want one for home too! Thanks for your information.
