Need parts for old model 105

Im still trying to locate the old head control for the commercial model 105(old version of the 150). Cookshack does not have these old heads nor certain parts to service them. I hate to spend the money right now to upgrade to the newer head control. If anybody out there has upgraded and would like to get rid of the old head, give me a shout.
