Joe, the new controller is only $5.00. You set and forget it. However, it requires Eddy to cook on it and he charges $200.00 per hour. You set and forget, you write the check and Eddy will tell you when its done.
Its a bargain, especially at competitions when you go to the hotel to sleep.
this is just a joke.

Joe doesn't have to go to the motel anymore since he go his trailer. Yes, new controller but still no probe. Have had the new controller on two 100's for a month and just got the owners manuel a couple of days ago. Printing press was broke!!!Ha! Ha!
