I took advantage of the discount at Fast Eddies cooking class last month and ordered a FEC 100. It arrived Friday and I got to fire it up yesterday. It was about 20 degrees outside and yet the smell of BBQ filled the air. I was very impressed by the cooker, ease of use and the product it turned out. My first cook was a couple of racks of baby back ribs. The first thing I noticed was that it did not have near the meat shrinkage compared to other smokers.
The ribs were tender, flavorful, not fall off the bone but pulled off clean from the bone. I used the Cookshack rib rub and a 50/50 mix of the cookshack mild and spicy sauce that came with the cooker. Everyone loved the ribs!

Thanks to everyone at Cookshack for making such a fine cooker!
