Just got my FEC100 today...got it unwrapped and the only thing I have found is one of the gallon jugs of sauce leaked out...I'm going to fire it up in a bit to get it seasoned up...Great forum a lot of INFO on here...

Thanks for the welcome Jarhead...I will love it...My brother BBQ team has 3 FEC100 and a 300...I've been smoking on a green egg for years and decided to get a 100 after Qing with him a few times
I will give them a call about the sauce...and the pellets that came with it,from what I've read do you have to contact Fast Eddy to get more or can I just call CS to order more...40# wont last long in this house...

Cookshack sells pellets also. They are very similar, or perhaps even then same as the FE ones.
I got a half-ton from candy sue at BBQ delight, she has bulk deals, and it was actually pretty cheap, but a ton would have been cheaper.
Cookshack can sent bulk too and it's always cheaper then just a bag or two.
I see on your profile that you're military., me too, finishing up my last deployment and will return this summer and process for retirement. Cookshack is a great family.
I'd borrow several bags of pellets from your brother, under the guise of being new to the 'pellet' world and not yet knowing what your doing. At least you'd get free pellets.

If you are wanting pure hickory pellets,you might want to talk to Eddy about his.He will also work volume deals and might know of some cooks wanting to share a shipment.
