New PG500

Hi all,
I just placed my order for my new PG500! I'm looking forward to begin pellet smoking and grilling.

Folks,
well, my PG500 came in today and its beautiful. But, I cant get it to start up. I filled the hopper, plugged it in, and the fan starts, but that's it. the auger light and lighter light will not come on. any insights?
