Smoker arrived late yesterday. Breaking it in now. Picked up some loin backs at B J's and getting them ready with a dry rub. Might smoke em up this afternoon. If not, in the morning. Thanks for all the help from the Forum.

Ribs are smoking now. Can't wait. Hoping not to be disappointed on first try. I'm gonna eat them anyway. I'll let you all know.
Just pulled 4 racks of loin backs out of the smoker. They lasted about 20 min. Not bad for a first timer. Had a lot of help from the Forum. Can' wait for the next smoke. Thanks
