You might do a read through this "which smoker to buy" there have some similar posts.

You might also asp specifically in the Pros Forum since you're talking about catering. "any comments" may not get you as much response if you asked some specific questions.

What quantity are you cooking (capacity based on below question)
What are you wanting to smoke? (chicken, ribs, brisket, butts, mixed)
