I just ordered my smoker. After reading some of the other posts, my mouth started watering and I just had to place the order. I am looking forward to my first taste.

I just did exactly the same thing! It should be here on Monday. I can't wait to get smokin'! Shipping to Alaska is a killer, but I think it will be worth it in the end. Honolulu, where did you order your CS from? Just curious. It was a little tricky finding a dealer who would ship one northward to the big AK.

I've had my smokette about two months now, its the best. A co-worker of mine is going to bring me some salmon tomorrow that his son shipped to him from alaska... I can't wait
