Hey! I'm new to this forum, and i own a restaurant in Canada. until now we mostly served Foot-longs, smokies, ice-cream. I have owned a cookshack smoker(model 55). Now we have pulled pork, smoked salmon, bbq beef on a bun.
I'm very excited about this site, and am hoping to share my recipes, as well as get some real American bbq recipes.
If you have a great pulled pork or brisket recipe, and want to share, or have any tips for a Canadian who loves (I'm using the word LOVE here) American BBQ, please share.
