I am a fairly new user (Father's day gift). My experience could not be better. I am a huge "Q" fan but my family wasn't until now. No one can seem to get enough. So far everything has turned out well. Ribs, Butt and best of all the brisket.

I am looking for a BBQ sauce recipe that is more of a vinegar base and a little thinner than your normal store bought. Primarily to use with pork but one that would work well with beef as well.

Preparing for tailgate time int he Bluegrass.

Any ideas?
