Great looking trailer. Similar to mine. Great price. You will be happy when everything is installed and you're up and running. We have loved ours. Starting to get caters and vends and we did our 2nd competition last weekend with it. Our FEC500 gave us wins in the first 2 comps we did. I wish we would have gotten a larger A/C unit. It works hard in this heat.
Have you needed at set of stabilizer bars on your hitch? What is the trailer weight?
Great looking rig. Ours draws people like a magnet.
I will post more pics as I proceed.

The trailer weighed 4600 as shown in the first pic. I pulled it from S. Ga. to Tulsa with a 1/2 ton Dodge. Pulled very well except for the 6.3 mpg : ).I of course am upgrading to a 3500 so I can answer the swaybar question when its hooked to the bigger truck. I'm thinking it will weigh 10.5K loaded.

P.S. That is COWBOY ORANGE not Volunteer LOL. : )
P.S.S I will also be a BBQrs Delight dealer for the Tulsa area.
Yes it had its lil tongue hanging out. I pulled an open trailer that weighed the same back from Detroit without breaking a sweat, but the flat nosed parachute of this rig changed everything!!!

IM looking for an 04-06 Dodge 5.9 6spd. The 6.7's don't impress me much, but I may have to settle for one.

I would recommend the bigger motor and an automatic, not a manual. A diesel would be even better.

If you just like a manual go for it, if your getting a manual because you think it will be better and last longer, get the automatic and just get it flushed every 2 years or 24,000 miles and it will last as long and the manual.

Mine weighs 9750lbs empty. I pull it w/ a Ford 7.3l diesel F250 I definately needed the sway bars. I stopped at and RV Dealer while bringing it home from Indiana and purchased the sway bars and it made all the difference in the world in towing. I get 8.9 MPG pulling it.
One thing you might want to consider that I got is an electric jack on the front tongue. I can't imagine cranking all that weight everytime you hook and unhook it. It'll wear you out.

Dittos to both the anti-sway bars and tongue jacks, a must have for larger trailers!
Good lookin' install. I installed a smoke evacuator on my setup when it was built. My trailer is like yours. When you open the doors the evacuator lovers come open and a fan above them comes on and pulls smoke out of the smoker and keeps it out of the cabin. A definite must.
I had the fan off once and the cabin filled with smoke real quick. Not good.
A must on my FEC500.
I also have a fan on my hood over my stove. I have to open a door when I turn it on or it pulls smoke out of my smoker with the smoker doors shut. Even with the fan hood on low I have to really pull the door to open it as the vacuum is so good and the trailer is so tight.
