I have had an old 009 that I have owned 5 plus years. I am very happy with it. My log book is about to hit 100 smokes. I have done a huge amount of ribs and pulled pork plus some almonds and fish.

Can I fit a brisket in the 009. If yes, how ? Do I cut it or ask butcher for something special?

If no, what's the next model up that fits a brisket without having to futz around?
