Took advantage of the birthday celebration 10% off and ordered a unit plus 200 pounds of pellets today! Not sure how long the wait will be but I read on another fourm that production has picked up. Hope it won't be too long!

There was a couple sitting on pallets ready to be shipped tonight... Too heavy to load one in my truck!

Good point. I do to. I had a great gasser, did what I wanted, just didn't have the "wow" flavor I get with the PG.
My Gasser has not even been uncovered since I got my PG1000 18 months ago!

Hey iSmoke I ordered a PG500 the same day and am very excited to get it!! I have a FEC100 now and love i. I ordered the 500 to replace my gas grill. I also think it will be nice to have 2 pellet smokers for different uses. I had steak off of a charbroiler last Dec at the Cookshack class and have to say it was the best steak I have ever had. We will have to stay in touch and compare notes when we get them going. I have a feeling we are going to be glad we bought them!!!
Picked up my 500 at the factory on the 8th. Got a nice tour of Cookshack facility by Karen. Have only had time to season and grill a couple of burgers! Will post pics soon.
