Last Saturday we did our first catering of BBQ. A Wedding of 135 people in Brooklyn and the only facitilites was a sink.

The menu included Brisket, BB ribs , Pulled Pork, smoked beans, cole slaw, potato salad, smoked corn, and mac and cheese.

We drove up in our U Haul and unloaded the equipment and the cooked food. We had two hours to set up.

I had my son and a wait staff of three people.

Went off perfect.

The guests loved the food and this week we had customers who were there in the store.

We have two more weddings for next month.
