Thanks for all the feedback on the sauce, and here is a newer version with a few extra ingredients.....I also changed the amounts so it will make more sauce.

24 ounces of peach baby food
1 cup of ketchup
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup white vinegar
6 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 tsp. salt
4 tsp. minced ginger, or 1 tsp. ground ginger
dash of pepper
6 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup Charlie Vergo's Rendevous rub, or some type of Greek seasoning.

Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan and simmer over med-low heat for 30-45min.
Be sure to scrape down the sides of the pan as the sauce turns thick from the heat and stirring.
Store in refridgerator for up to one month.

Note: Before adding the cup of vinegar, pour a little of it in the baby food jars and shake. That way you get all of the baby food out of the jar without having to try with a spoon.

hope you like it!!!
