Pellets

The peach pellets are, as are many other pellets available, a blended pellet. Blended pellets are usually around 60% of a wood that will deliver the BTUs necessary and 40% flavor wood. Candy Sue, as well as many other producers such as Fast Eddy, check their pellets closely just such a situation. While you comment is a valid one, I have confidence in Candy Sue that the blended pellets are fine for this type of use.
