Traeger is located nearby.. Mt. Angel. Not sure where that is.. but is, as I understand.. a bit NE of Salem.. supposed to be a good brewry there too..
Bear Mountain Forest Products just south/east of Portland has a very good selection and I saved 1/3 in cost over other choices out there. I bought a ton at $5 for 20 pound bags.

Was thinking more in terms of a couple FE100s.
I'm going to let you hold onto the ECB, antiques can be over-rated.

I have been able to cook on DrBBQ's unit and been around the Ducks for some time checking it out.

I think that's why Doc cooks with other folks...to get them hooked on FEC100! Worked on me. Only took a month between cooking with Ray and having my very own FE!

I just picked up a pallet(100 20# bags) of Bear Mountain Forest Products pellets this weekend, the price has gone up to $8 a bag but still worth the drive from Seattle. From what I hear they are better quality than the Traeger pellets that I have been using.
