A friend of mine recently had a Hog slaughtered and gave me several cuts of pork to "see what I could do with it."
So... Ive got some pork chops, Cured 1/2 inch slices of ham, and sliced shoulder.
I've got the pork chops taken care of... a little smoke, a little grilling.
What should I do with these thin slices of ham and shoulder?
