Threw some ribs into the 020 with some maple. Went out to the local watering hole to watch the Bears attempt to stay in the running. Pull into the driveway a few hours later to the wonderful smell of smoking ribs. Neighbors across the street asked if I made enough for them too. "I don't know what you mean." was my response.

"Bull Sh@t!" was their response, "We know you're smoking something back there."

Yeah, I was. Sorry neighbors, they were delicious.



3.12lbs loin backs, 2 chunks of maple, 235 for 4 1/2 hours. Checked at 4 hours, that's usually about when mine are done, but the toothpick said NO not yet.
