Wolf Gang Puck pizza dough recipe.
Sun Dried tomato Pesto
Artichokes (canned) cut in half.
Onion sliced thin, raw on pizza.
Fontina and Romano Cheeses grated on top.
Grill set at 500 degree for 1 1/2 - 2 hour preheat with stone on grill during preheat.
Made pizza on parchment paper, Put pizza on stone with paper. After 5 minutes, remove paper. Finish cooking pizza directly on stone, approx. 5 minutes.

Used Minnesota blend by Northwoods smoke
