suggestions for someone buying small bbq with paper and pencil existing technology. Want to install good POS/backoffice software. What do you use and what do your recommend.

I'm setting up a restaurant as we speak...I have been dealing with a company out of Grapevine, Tx. named FoodTronix...You can find them on the web at foodtronix.com...Through my research they have reasonable to below level cost...their equipment is on par with other systems I have used...and their customer service is on the same level as Cookshack...
