Pulled Pork on Hotdog Buns

One of our friends on the forum from down in Ozark country often brings up the merits of long buns making great pulled pork sandwiches.

Returning this year: the pulled pork po boy with purple cabbage cole slaw, as made by Boucherie (of the bright purple Que Crawl food truck).

Looks very good. The 12-hr roast beef po boy sandwich sounds pretty good also.
