Question about Pellets included with smoker

Hello all,

I just received my FEC 100. It was packed well, and looks great. I am doing burn in tonight!

But i was curious about the pellets that ship with it. They are labeled fast eddy, but I don't see where they are marked with a flavor.

Can anyone tell me what flavor they might be, or are they a custom blend?

Best guess they will be Eddy's standard 80% oak for heat and 20% hickory for flavor.

Call sales at the plant,and they can probably help you.
